Daily Bread released his long-awaited albumย Invisible Cinema.
Daily Bread has risen to prominence in the electronic music scene after opening for Pretty Lights at Red Rocks in 2017.ย Invisible Cinemaย is his eighth studio album and it’s available now through Philos Records. It features 13 tracks that showcase his production expertise.
The album, which is centered around two themes – “cinema” (movie) and “moon” (moon), is a beautiful representation of the Atlanta producer’s visual aesthetic and narrative.ย He is known for his love of experimentation, which can be heard in the sonic palette he has created, which includes funk, vintage trip-hop and electro-soul, as well as soulful melodies and gritty hip hop sampling.
Invisible Cinemaย paints a vivid portrait of Daily Bread’s signature styling.ย The album begins with “Blindfold Yourself,” a classic hip-hop track, performed by Late Night Radio. In the standout song “Back To The Moon,” he stretches out the phases of the lunar cycle using warping bass.ย The funky grooves, fluttering arpeggios, and cathartic lyrics of “Look Up At The Stars” are another highlight.
Daily Bread is now preparing to embark on his first headline tour to share hisย Invisible Cinemaย with fans.ย The tour will feature Greg “Lazershark Ellis” for lighting design. The producer will perform on dozens stages throughout May. The tour concludes with a celebration show at Austinโs The Concourse Project, with labelmates Late Night Radio and Michal Menert, as well as Artifakts.
